HON. FRANCIS J. DOLAN (Ret.) has spent more than 37 years in the legal profession practicing in public service law, as a private sector practitioner and as a member of the judiciary.
Judge Dolan presided over a high-volume, civil jury trial call in the First Municipal District of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, where he conducted over 2,000 pretrial settlement conferences and presided over 328 jury trials to verdict.
Judge Dolan brings to his ADR practice his broad legal background having represented public entities and private clients in complex business and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.
